When you create a build, upload photos, write descriptions, or post comments on RigPicks, you retain ownership of your content. By sharing content on RigPicks, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of the platform's normal operation (showing your build to other users, displaying it in community browse, etc.).

You can remove your content at any time by setting your build to private or deleting your account.

RigPicks may use anonymized, aggregated build data to power platform features like "most popular parts" and "what builders are running." This data is never individually identifiable and helps the whole community make better decisions.

You can use RigPicks without an account. Creating an account lets you save multiple builds, participate in the community, and sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Don't use RigPicks to spam, harass other users, post misleading fitment information, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to manipulate pricing or affiliate data. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
